(*) Important note: To better protect your information, do not include credit card related information in your electronic communication unless we specifically request it from you to complete the processing of a reservation or transaction on our websites or customer service centers.
Protection of sensitive personal data
To fulfill the intended purposes, should we collect sensitive personal data, it will be treated as such. Sensitive data is understood as data whose misuse may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the data subject. We are committed to treating it under the strictest security measures that guarantee its confidentiality.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we require your express consent for the processing of your sensitive personal data. If we do not receive it, we will understand that you accept the processing. You must print, sign, scan and send by email to [email protected] the following notice:
