General Group Policies

1CHECK IN time: 4pm. CHECK OUT time: 11am.
2A group may come entirely on an all-inclusive group plan or lodging only, but cannot combine plans.
3Guarantee: An initial good faith deposit of $10,000 is required (non-refundable), and subsequently the minimum payment for the first night of each reserved room is completed. Full group payment must be made one week before the group's arrival.
4At least one adult must be staying in each room.
5Parties in any area of the hotel including the beach are prohibited without prior notice and authorization from the hotel.
6The introduction of coolers, food or beverages into our dining areas is not permitted, nor in the pool, jacuzzi and beach concession areas.
7A refundable deposit of $500 pesos is requested at reception upon arrival, for each room, for proper use of room supplies.
8Rooming List: The room list is required at least 7 days before the group's arrival.
9Cancellations and No Shows: As stipulated in the contract.
